CRUISE OR HOTEL BOOKING
I can handle as much or as little of the logistics as you want from a simple cruise booking to a fully choreographed trip with flights, hotels, transfers, and excursions. You stay in control of whatever you want to manage yourself; I handle the rest.
SHORE EXCURSIONS & ACTIVITIES
I help you choose excursions that actually match what you want to do — not just what the cruise line pushes. Whether that’s a private guided tour through ancient ruins, a leisurely wine country drive, or a beach day with zero agenda, I’ll point you toward the experiences worth your time and money.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Not the most exciting topic, but potentially the most important one. I’ll walk you through your options in plain language so you understand what you’re covered for. For travelers over 50, having the right policy in place is especially worth the conversation.
AIRPORT & PORT TRANSPORTATION
We can go over transfers to and from the airport, cruise terminal, or hotel whether that’s a private driver, a shared shuttle, or a rental car. Arriving at a cruise terminal in an unfamiliar city is stressful enough without also figuring out how to get there.
DOCUMENTATION REVIEW
Passports, visas, travel authorizations — I’ll verify that everything you need is in order well before departure. Running into a documentation issue at the airport is a nightmare that’s entirely avoidable.
TSA PRECHECK & GLOBAL ENTRY GUIDANCE
If you don’t have TSA PreCheck or Global Entry yet, I can walk you through both programs. For frequent travelers, especially those connecting through international ports, these programs pay for themselves on the first trip.
My goal is simple: I want the only thing you have to think about on travel day to be how excited you are. Everything else is my job.
